Cineplex Berlin - Spandau

Havelstr. 20, 13597 Berlin

About this cinema

Spandau's first cinema opened on Havelstraße in the old town in 1911. As the Havel-Lichtspiele and, from 1955, the Aladin, it ran until 1969, when a supermarket moved in. In 1996 the building returned to film as the KinoCenter Spandau with five screens, and it has carried the Cineplex name since 2005.

All five halls were renovated in 2013 and now seat 1,071 in total, with Dolby Digital 7.1 sound throughout. The cinema is on a pedestrian street in the middle of Spandau's old town, so a film fits easily around a walk to the Citadel or a meal nearby.
